The Bathroom Mirror
Prompt:
Cinematic bathroom scene at dawn. My stands before an old rust-stained sink, mascara wand in one hand and phone in the other. The light above the mirror flickers, splitting her reflection into alternating versions:
* one reflection smiling gently,
* one exhausted,
* one shadowed with sharp teeth barely visible,
* one as a frightened child.
Her wild blonde hair expands around her like static electricity. Her hazel eyes reflect green, amber, and storm-gray.
The room should feel ordinary but subtly haunted. Mold-darkened grout, dripping faucet, old medicine bottles, children’s bath toys on the floor.
